Blesbok sausages.

I only had a rough idea what a Blesbok was, so I had to google it.

They look like this -

 



 

Pretty cute right?

But on my plate they look like this -

Not so cute.

Can't say much about the taste, because it just tasted like a normal sausage. I had some more today, but I still can't say that they tasted very different to regular pork sausages. Everything so far has tasted different, but this was vaguely disappointing.
