Drunk Elk Sausages.

So I got back from a heavy night out a few days ago and decided to make my Elk sausages.

I burnt the first three because I didn't know how long they needed, but the second set of three went a lot better.

The meat was light and chewy. It tasted really good, and I even ate the burnt ones afterwards.

You should go out and buy some Elk sausages right now! They are pretty damn good.
